Ian Freeman is the Managing Director of Harlequin. Ian has significant experience as a Finance Director in multinational corporations including Black & Decker and Vodafone as well as in a VC backed MBO, Sterry Group.

Ian gained a broad knowledge of Corporate Finance transactions by leading:

• Acquisitions of companies
• Sale of companies and divisions
• Raising finance

Ian has held Interim and Part Time Finance Director positions helping companies create value for their shareholders.
